Due to the lapse in FY14 appropriations, the U.S. Federal Government is currently shutdown and as a result the speaker for the JQI Seminar, Alexey Gorshkov, is not allowed to deliver the talk at 11am on Monday, October 7^th. Please note that the JQI Luncheon at 12.30pm and the Tea at 4pm are cancelled.
